Your treatments may be covered by extended health care plans and is the responsibility of each client to confirm the details of any insurance coverage for treatments with their providers.


We currently offer direct billing for Blue Cross.


Payment for treatments whether private or insured, is the responsibility of the client.

Current Accepted payment methods: Etransfer, Credit Card, Debit and Cash. 


As a member of a professional associations with the CRMTA, therapists must have a minimum education equivalent of a diploma(2200 hrs) or higher, through accredited universities or colleges, and must adhere to strict standards as administered by their regulatory boards or associations.


Only massage therapy associations, who respect the highest standards of education in Canada, training and on-going professional development can be considered for membership in the CRMTA.

Allison McGrath 

Allison's lifestyle is dedicated to health and wellness. She lives an active outdoor life with her family, their horses and her dog -Walter. She is a life long learner and passionate about sharing her education and experience helping others.  


Allison believes in integrative, patient centered care - working with her clients and as a member of their health care team making referrals to other health and wellness professionals when needed to ensure that they have the best possible care and options.  


She holistic approach of treating the body as a whole, not just the symptomatic areas of pain and physical dysfunction; but working on the factors that lead to dysfunction.


In her manual therapy practice, Allison has focus on advanced orthopedic (therapeutic) massage, corporate wellness, oncology massage (breast cancer) and lymphatic care as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.

She has a special interest working with patients with current or past history of trauma, ptsd, addiction recovery.


Each treatment is customized based on her patients' individual needs by utilizing a combination of massage & manual therapy techniques and modalities including:

Allison is specially trained in Oncology Massage through Tracy Walton(Boston) and a member of Society for Oncolocy Massage. (S4OM) and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CDC) ACOLS Tampa; Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy - with training in both Dr. Vodder Method and advanced Chickly.

Allison graduated from MH Vicars College of Massage Therapy (2010), a Canadian massage therapy alliance (CMTA) approved program.

Allison has been a health care professional and manual therapist for 10 years.


She began her career working in a petroleum industry community with a busy orthopedic practice treating acute, repetitive strain, chronic injuries, fatigue, soft tissue, musculoskeletal , pain and dysfunction in patients working long hours in a high stress and fast paced industry. ‘ fixing broken men’ treating everything - often. Sciatic -, rotator injury, neck, whiplash , back hips legs, tendinitis and tendinitis, sprains and strains migraines and stress head aches.


It was at this time that Allison adopted a integrative and holistic approach to treating her patients . Treating the whole person, spending the time getting to know the whole person, all of the life and lifestyle and not just the area of pain and dysfunction - thus

making a difference in their healing ,recovery and maintained well being.

With the diagnosis of breast cancer in a few of her patients Allison’s practice quickly grew to also include breast cancer care,

lymphatic and scar therapy as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and patient advocacy within the health are system.

To add to her experience and diversity

she then spent 18months in a mountain resort community providing, deep tissue sports massage and sports recovery to both winter and summer athletes and enthusiasts.
